By accessing our website, subscribing to our services, or engaging Jaitrrm Private Limited (JPL) for custom software engineering, IT consulting, or digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not utilize our platform or services.
JPL offers a variety of IT and digital transformation services, including Custom Software Development, Web & Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions, and Digital Marketing.
Specific deliverables, milestones, timelines, and costs for custom client projects will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
All pre-existing intellectual property, proprietary tools, frameworks, and source code owned by JPL prior to the project execution shall remain the exclusive property of JPL.
Unless otherwise agreed in a written SOW, upon full and final payment of all outstanding invoices, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and run the final software deliverables constructed specifically for them.
To ensure timely milestone delivery, the client agrees to provide JPL with all necessary mockups, database accesses, credentials, texts, images, and design inputs in a timely manner. JPL is not liable for project delays caused by a client's failure to provide access credentials or feedbacks.
Clients agree to pay all project milestones according to the billing cycle outlined in their specific Statement of Work. Invoices are payable within 15 days of issuance unless stated otherwise. JPL reserves the right to halt development or suspend server maintenance in the event of unpaid balances.
In no event shall Jaitrrm Private Limited (JPL) or its team (directors, employees, and leads) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business profits, data corruption, or service interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the delivered software products.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of the services provided by JPL shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
JPL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When updates are published, the revised date at the top of the page will be adjusted. Continued use of our platform or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
